I dropped the vehicle off on **7/13/26** and was told that the service could take approximately **7–10 days**. Because the vehicle was overheating, I had no choice but to leave it there. The following day, due to a change in my work schedule, I called the Service Department to ask about a loaner vehicle or rental-car approval since I believed the issue would be covered under warranty. I was told that I could come pick up my vehicle, but doing so would cause me to **lose my place in line**. I explained that the reason the vehicle was there in the first place was because it was overheating and was not safe or practical to drive. I was then told that they had **no loaner vehicles** and that the vehicle would first have to be diagnosed before the warranty company would approve a rental. Because I had work obligations and needed transportation, I had no choice but to spend approximately **$500 of my own money on a rental vehicle**. I called and received no answer, so I left a voicemail. After waiting for a return call and receiving nothing, I called again and had to leave another voicemail. Again, no one returned my call. I eventually called back and explained to the receptionist that I had left multiple messages and still had not received a response. She told me she would speak with the Service Manager and have someone contact me. Again, no one called. At that point, I called and asked to speak with the General Manager. I was told he was busy but would return my call. He eventually did, and I explained the situation to him. I also pointed out that he was the **first person to actually return one of my calls throughout this entire experience**. He told me he would personally look into the situation and find out what was happening. He later called me back and told me that my vehicle would be ready on **7/28/26**. ### Picking Up the Vehicle The Service Department eventually called me on the afternoon of **7/28/26** to let me know my vehicle was ready. When I arrived, I went to the service window to pay my bill. The employee could not locate the invoice and apologized, saying she needed to speak with the Service Manager. She and the Service Manager, Jay, came out from the shop. Jay told me that **there was nothing owed on the vehicle** and that the employee was bringing my Navigator around to the front. I specifically asked again if I owed anything and was told **no**. Based on that information, I put my credit card away and went to the front of the dealership to get into my vehicle and leave. At this point, you might think the situation had finally been resolved. **No.** ### The Invoice Issue On **8/20/26**, I received a call from Jason Victor, the General Manager, informing me that I had an outstanding invoice and needed to come in and pay it.
